Well I ended last week on a positive note.  Three days straight of sticking to my goals except for exercise.  Once I start I am generally good to go its the getting started part that I’m stuck on right now.  To be honest I really wasn’t pushing myself to exercise.  I will try harder this week.  I have a new stability ball…well…I’ve had it for months but its new because I haven’t used it yet.  Maybe I will use it with my TBL Workout Vol 2 DVD.  We shall see.
