Everyday I try to drink a bottle before work, during work, and when I get home--72 oz. On weekends I try to do it within the same time frames as work. Bathroom? I don't know what to tell you about that. I am constantly going to the bathroom. I'm good at holding it too. Not a great idea because as you get older it will get harder and harder to hold it because I force myself to hold it now. So I just go any chance I get. to eightbugs: water is my biggest battle. The water, ohh, how it plagues me also. It is hard to drink all this water and also teach. I am great on the weekends, during the week- not so much.
