So I watch them eat (or should I say 'not eat') and discovered that all my skinny friends eat like little birds! Here I am shoveling food in my mouth like a garbage truck and they always pick at theirs like its poison. Then they always take more than half of their food home in a to-go box and will eat on it for 2 days! With habits like those, its no wonder they are able to stay skinny! I guess I will catch on sooner or later. Maybe when my stomach shrinks enough I'll get full quicker and eat like a bird ;-) My skinny friends always tell me that to lose weight all I have to do is just eat like I’m a skinny person already.
