Oh to be just overweight!

I am here to vent, rejoice, share, and grow.  I love God, my husband, my kids and my all my family and friends.  I am old enough to know better, but here I am overweight and ready to change.  How many times have I said that?  Too many!  This time has to be different.  I don’t want to grow old before my time.  I want to drink in life and live it to the fullest…for myself, my family and whoever else I may influence in my life. 

See my Beginning again post for my weight background.  Same old story…gained weight as an adult, struggle to get it under control, lost a bunch, gained it back, now making changes for the rest of my life to look good and feel even better!

Thanks for those who choose to read this.  I hope I can help other people understand some of their own battles as I struggle with mine.  I pray we all grow to be the people we were meant to be.  We can do it.  There’s a little voice in us all that cries out for more.  So, let’s go for it!
