So close…

Yet so far away.  I’m at 180.8 for 2 days now.  My body is rebelling against the 170’s. lol  Well, I have finally gotten back into a daily exercise routine.  Not super intense everyday, but at least 30 minutes of something to help with the process.  I actually went UP at my WW weigh-in, but I think it was in part because of the time of day and what I was wearing (heavier clothes than last week).  I waited and went to a late meeting due to my schedule this week and it wasn’t good!  Oh well, no worries.  I keep track of my own morning weigh-ins as far as what I post here and that’s progressing along decently.  It has slowed in the last week, but it was due to going over points and not eating enough fruits and veggies.  I have gone grocery shopping and am stocked up on good stuff again, so I expect to start seeing some good numbers on the scale again soon.
