Day Twenty-one

This has been a really rough week for me.  I had to take a half day from work on Tuesday.  I’m exhausted, I can’t get enough sleep.  I haven’t been working out, but I haven’t had an appetite either.  I’m just hoping that I won’t have a large gain at tomorrows weigh in.

Day Fourteen

So I haven’t done another 30 Day Shred workout.  I’ve been nursing my calf, I don’t know what I did to it, but it hurts!  It hurts to put weight on it, and I’m having a hard time walking.  I’m hoping I can start working out again this weekend.

I did lose 4 pounds in the last two week…woot woot!!

30 Day Shred - Day 1

I literally just finished my first 30 Day Shred (30DS) workout!  I am dripping with sweat, my muscles are shaking and my abs are burning…and it feels GREAT!  I haven’t worked out hard like this for well over 3 months.  I have been pretty sedentary, but I am very surprised by my ability to keep up with the video.  Level 1 is not easy, at all!  I’m going to take a hot bath and hope my muscles rebound.  I don’t want to be sore tomorrow for work out number two.

Day Ten

So I haven’t been blogging, but I have been active on the forums…

Calorie counting has gone pretty well.  Friday night we met friends for dinner at a mexican restaurant and I went wayyyy over.  But I was able to lose 2 lbs my first week.  I started walking and even rode my bike a couple times.

I had been reading the fitness forum looking for at home workout videos.  After reading, it seemed that many were getting good results from it.    Yesterday, I picked up the Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred.  I haven’t used it, yet.  Fiancé is watching football, so I will have to wait until he is finished.

Day One….
