Other than that, I just got done with 10 mins of step aerobics with weights, and 7 mins of Super Hula Hoop!!!!!!! (My nintendo Wii fit heehee:)) Nothing like swinging your hips for almost ten minutes to wake you up in the morning! Okay, so it made me a little nauseous actually:) But it’s good exercise and a good start to the day! Time for some water. Yum.
