Taking one day at a time….

I have to stop ruining today doing nothing but stewing about tomorrow. I also need to limit my computer time much more effectively in order to find more time in which to actually get off my butt and do something which resembles exercise.

Let’s start with exercise. I know that today, there are a lot of things I cannot yet do, but I can walk, I can stretch, I can do some arm work with very light weights. As soon as the Dr clears me, I can restart C25K with Kris and I am crazy happy about that. Did awesome things for my legs and ass last time!

I need to revamp my cupboards. That may be some of today’s exercise. I need to also spend some of my computer time finding some new healthy recipes, especially maybe some for the crock pot. My husband gets home hours earlier than I do, he’s around 2, I am usually after 6. If I had dinner in the crock, he could eat when he got home if he wants and then maybe our hour or two that we get would be more pleasant and relaxed and not so crazy all the time. I also can remove some of the temptations in the cupboard. I also need to remove some of the extra dishes and such that I never use. DH’s cousin is opening a new consignment store. Can help her stock, earn a little cash and clean out my house….sounds like a win, win, win to me!
