While I am happy to report that I lost 4 pounds, I did not do it properly. I have a cold, so those 4 pounds were a result of me only eating soup and popsicles, and sweating through a fever. I’m still stuffy so no heavy exercise yet, but soon. This puts me under 200 which I’m happy about, but behind in my homework, house work, and cake decorating. Oh well I guess that’s life
Have a good day and remember to pay it forward!♥

Hello! This is my first blogging experience. I hope to be inspireed to stick to a diet and inspire others to stick to there diets. I have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthris and Fibromyalgia which makes exercising difficult sometimes. Heck, it makes sleeping a challenge. I used to be skinny, wearing a size 6, well multiply that by 3 and you get my size now. In one year I gained 60 pounds and none of my doctors could figure out why, since that initial gain I pack on another 10 to 15 pounds more each year. This blog will make me accountable to others for my weightloss goals. I’ve done weight watchers and that was excellent, and I did the Cleaveland clinic diet for a day before my body shut down and I had a panic attack. This time I will eat only until I am full and exercise when ever I can. I welcome any questions on JRA and fibromyalgia, I am not a doctor, but understand the day to day struggels and the know the little remedies that work for me. I also welcome any suggestions for alternative treatments, diets, and exercises,
In ending I ask that you pay it forward. Do random acts of kindness, hold a door open, allow someone to merge into traffic, or simply just smile at someone.
