Breakfast: zuccini, mushroom, egg, tomato, cottage cheese (250), coffee with creamer (50), latte (150)
Lunch: Salad with chicken and manderin oranges (100+100+50)
Snack: Evil homemade cookies lurking in my gym locker after school. (120)
Snack: more of the cookies on the way home (150)
Snack: crackers (150), hummus (100), wine (240), cheese (200)
Subtotal: 1660 abd we haven’t hit valentines dinner with homemade brownies (hot) with ice cream and artichoke and pesto chicken.

Here is my plan. No dessert. artichoke and salad (120) and more wine (120).
1940 calories for the day.

Not bad not going over 2000 on the chocolatiest day of the year.

Dinner (110+50+80)

1880 Calories.

Today: two eggs with two toasts and butter poached in mushrooms and spinach and coffee with creamer = 450

sandwich, soup, chips for a subtotal of 1160

Wine (240), rum (120), salad with chicken (100)
Total for the day 1520 + crackers and hummus 1650

Superbowl party :( Chips, chili, guac and 3 rum and cokes + two mini cherry tarts (homemade by grandma) and quite a few cookies.
1 tummy pill - quite silly to have to take medicine because you eat too much.

Chips (250), chili (350), guac (300), drinks (360), tarts (200), cookies (400), milk (80)
Estimate 2380 calories.
Could be higher, but when I think about it. I took a prilosec nearly every day from Thanksgiving to Christmas due to all the rich food.
