Our gym (which I rarely make it to even thought it costs me $70 a month) is doing a “St.Patty’s day Triatholon in a week” thing. Problem. I couldn’t go Monday, conflicts Tuesday, only have 45 min Thurs and can’t go Friday - so….. I tried to do the whole thing this evening. I almost made it if not for my stupid knee.
Physical exhaustion feels wonderful.
I just have 3.5 miles left to walk. The swim and bike are done.

Bailed on exercise, but had a beautiful sunny day.
Bfast: almonds, coffee 200
snack: more almonds 200
lunch: dover sole 150
snack: hummus and crackers 200

Had about 900 cal so far today. Skied for 3 hours. Not very much energy.
Saw the guy I get massages from and fantasized about losing 4.8 lbs for the next 1/2 hour.
5 lbs = a massage sounds good, but kinda sucks when you never lose any weight.
I was going to sign up for a (do a triathalon in a week) thing at my gym, but my parents are out of town this week and I have to many kids activities to take care of on my own to make it to the gym. Maybe I can still fit it in.

I had a veritable wall of work today.
Worked though lunch, worked after work - brought work home.
Didn’t get lunch. That’ll cut calories in a not nice way. I drank an extra latte and ate a vanilla luna bar.
I hope to be caught up soon.
Skiing tomorrow, then swimming - rest on Sunday.
