didn’t weigh today, but starting tomorrow it is back to the wagon

Breakfast: Irish Soda bread and dover sole. (150+150) This makes the BEST toast. Mix together wheat bran, oat bran, wheat flour… whatever grains are handy with a little bit of soda and salt. Mix in enough greek yogurt to make sticky, cook in a bread pan in oven. Slice after cooling, eat as toast for breakfast.

Coffee with creamer (50), POM (100), crackers (100).
Lunch: cheese, crackers, wine, olives (100+100+120+60)

Dinner: Salad, pasta and prawns, wine (100+300+120)

Breakfast: zuccini, mushroom, egg, tomato, cottage cheese (250), coffee with creamer (50), latte (150)
Lunch: Salad with chicken and manderin oranges (100+100+50)
Snack: Evil homemade cookies lurking in my gym locker after school. (120)
Snack: more of the cookies on the way home (150)
Snack: crackers (150), hummus (100), wine (240), cheese (200)
Subtotal: 1660 abd we haven’t hit valentines dinner with homemade brownies (hot) with ice cream and artichoke and pesto chicken.

Here is my plan. No dessert. artichoke and salad (120) and more wine (120).
1940 calories for the day.

Not bad not going over 2000 on the chocolatiest day of the year.
