<p><span style="color: #333399">This will be a quick one today.  For some reason, I&#8217;ve been busy all morning (what&#8217;s up with that?).</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333399">I didn&#8217;t go to the gym yesterday b/c I had class but I did do 3 sets of planks and 2 sets of side planks just before I went to bed.  I am going to the gym tonight.  I have ALL my clothes/equipment with me today.  Tonight will be cardio, an upper body workout (chest/biceps), and some ab work.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333399">Food has been OP.  Not sure what I&#8217;m eating for lunch today.  I didn&#8217;t have leftovers of anything so I have to head out and buy something.  I&#8217;m thinking of getting a BBQ chicken with a salad and veggies on the side.  I&#8217;ll have a portion of breast and the rest will be for dinner.  I also have to get some snacks for this afternoon and for the rest of the week.  I need to switch up this apple thing I have going on here.  <img src='http://www.3fatchicks.com/diet-blogs/moonfairy/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333399">OK.  I better go to the bathroom before I head out.  Don&#8217;t you just love drinking 8 glasses of water a day.  Seems like I&#8217;m always on the toilet.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #333399">Last night I was prepared to go to the gym until I realized I didn&#8217;t have my gym bag.  I had my clothes and my shoes/socks in the car.  I threw them in during the morning launch and just figured I&#8217;d throw it in my bag during the day.  I thought the bag was in my trunk.  It wasn&#8217;t.  <img src='http://www.3fatchicks.com/diet-blogs/moonfairy/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  I just didn&#8217;t want to leave my purse in an unlocked locker so I opted out of the gym.  I did however, workout at home.  I pulled out the shoulder and back exercise cards from Jillian Michaels&#8217; Hot Bod in a Box and did those.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333399">I went to tae with the kids and tried to read my chapters for tonight&#8217;s class.  Two of the fathers were speaking so loudly that I just couldn&#8217;t concentrate on what I was reading.  I will have to re-read what I read yesterday and finish the exercises during lunch.  I also have an hour before class to work on whatever I don&#8217;t finish.  I&#8217;m assuming that we&#8217;ll get the results of Thursday&#8217;s test back today.  The teacher&#8217;s pretty good at returning assignments and tests expeditiously (my new word&#8230;lol).  I&#8217;m pleased with my marks in English class thus far.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333399">Yesterday&#8217;s calories were lower than I would have liked.  I wasn&#8217;t starving though, so I suppose it&#8217;s OK.  I had planned to eat leftover dinner for dinner but DH wanted to make a soup so I had that for dinner instead and that altered my calorie count quite a bit.  Today&#8217;s lunch will be a duplicate of yesterday&#8217;s wrap except that I&#8217;ve added 3 slices of cooked turkey into it today.  There will be no gym tonight b/c of class.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333399">I usually keep a stash of snack foods at work, i.e yogurt, melba toast, laughing cow cheese, fruit, etc.  I brought a grapefruit and an apple from home for today&#8217;s snack.  I remembered that I had the melba toast so I decided that I would have melba toast with laughing cow cheese for one of my snacks today b/c I had an apple and grapefruit for yesterday&#8217;s snacks.  As I&#8217;m boiling water for my tea, I noticed that my melba toast box was in the garbage.  Hmph.  I immediately thought it was leech b/c he&#8217;s always mooching food from someone but I was wrong.  I had an email from cheater saying that he polished off my melba toast last night and that he would replace my box.  That I didn&#8217;t mind.  At least he had the courtesy to tell me.  Also, cheater&#8217;s always buying coffee/tea for everyone, so it didn&#8217;t bother me.</span></p>

Tomorrow I will probably have a ww wrap with turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard.  I will probably have yesterday&#8217;s leftover dinner for dinner tonight.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333399">Tonight I&#8217;ll be going to the gym for some cardio and an upper body (back &amp; triceps) workout.  My legs are sore from yesterday.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333399">Here&#8217;s my weekend wrap-up.  Friday, I left work at 4 b/c no one was here.  I went home and did some laundry.  I skipped tae class b/c I just didn&#8217;t feel like going.  Saturday, I cleaned up (there wasn&#8217;t much to do b/c I cleaned a lot the weekend before b/c I had some family members come over).  Saturday night we watched some movies.  I rented The Ugly Truth, Obsessed, and UP (for the kids).  I found UP somewhat depressing.  Sunday we got up early and took the kids to swimming lessons.  There&#8217;s one more lesson left before this session is over.  We returned the movies and stopped at Walmart to pick up a few things.  Sunday afternoon, I went to the gym.  Stopped at the grocery store on the way home from the gym, made dinner when I got home, and chilled on the computer in the evening.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333399">A mother lost her son at swimming yesterday.  Poor thing.  She was yelling out her son&#8217;s name all over the place.  When DD was changing into her clothes after her class, this mother was in the change room with &#8220;Simon&#8221;.  She said to him, &#8220;I&#8217;m just putting things in the locker and we&#8217;ll go play outside.&#8221;  At some point, he had left her b/c the next thing you know she&#8217;s running around in the change room looking for him.  So I asked DS if he saw any little boys running around while I was in the change room with DD.  He said he didn&#8217;t.  DH asked what was going on so I told him.  There was nothing we could do so we headed out to the car.  Well, don&#8217;t I see the little bugger outside.  I walked towards him and I said, &#8220;Come here&#8221;.  He approached me and I asked if his name was Simon and he said yes.  I told him to come with me b/c his mother was inside looking for him.  He ran ahead of me back into the rec centre.  So the mom was headed the other way when I headed inside with the kid.  I had to yell at her that he was here.  She turned around and went running to him.  She had tears in her eyes and told him to never, ever do that again.  She asked me where he was and I said, &#8220;outside&#8221;.  We left.  DD commented that she didn&#8217;t even say thank you.  LOL.  I told her it was OK.  I said the mom was too worried and relieved to say thank you.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000080">Oh, I weighed myself on my home scale and at the scale at the gym.  There is a 2 to 2.5 lb difference between the two.  Ugh.  I&#8217;m not sure what I really weigh.  I&#8217;ll take my home scale at the higher end b/c quite frankly, that&#8217;s how I feel seeing as how my pants are fitting tighter.  So I have 7.6 lbs to lose to get to my happy weight.</span></p>
