Breakfast- Kashi GoLean Cereal (Honey Almond Flax) w/ 1/2 cup fat free milk

Snack- Banana w/ planters nuts & chocolate trail mix

Lunch- Turkey burger on whole wheat sandwich thin w/ onion, lettuce, tomato, miracle whip & mustard w/ romaine blend salad & raspberry vinaigrette

Snack- Apple, celery, & yogurt mix

Dinner- Salmon fillet w/ brown rice, broccoli & cauliflower

IRRITATED!!!!!

So I went to my doctor today to get a prescription for pain killers I haven’t been exercising lately because my knees and back are killing me.  So the doctor tells me maybe I should invest in some duct tape and tape my mouth so I won’t eat.  I have never wanted to punch somebody square in the face like I wanted to today.  I think the comment was rude and inappropriate and doesn’t help the situation.  So I’m telling him I’ve lost weight I used to weigh 446 pounds I got under 400 pounds and I’m working on the weight but he doesn’t want to hear what I have to say.  Then he tells me don’t eat fruit!  Are you serious?  He says fruit is fattening because it has sugar in it.  I was like to the dietitian and nutritionist I saw are wrong the food pyramid is wrong?  I decided I’m going to change doctors which sucks because my GYN is in the network so if I go somewhere else I have to change to a new GYN.  It just sucks that my primary physician is such a jerk.

Dinner- Spaghetti made w/ lean ground turkey, whole wheat spaghetti noodles, & prego chunky garden combo

TaeBo and Leslie Sansone walking workout I would like to add another workout into my routine but not sure what quite yet.  Will post calories after I workout

… Did another half hour of TaeBo (stopped because I forgot to call my sister for her birthday)

Dinner- Eye of round steak w/  broccoli & cauliflower & brown rice

Snack- Triscuits (went overboard but I think I’m now addicted to them and they’re the plain ones)

I could’ve done better this week.  I had chocolate and ice cream and didn’t exercise a few days but next week will be better.  I want to be out of the 80’s next weigh in but since TOM is supposed to come Idk if that will happen but I will do my best and I’m not going to get discouraged.

So for the past couple days I have been fighting off temptation to get some ice cream.  I do it every month whenever TOM is coming (or supposed to come) I eat ice cream for a couple days but I’m trying to resist this month.  It’s very hard!

10-14-10 Exercise

I woke up this morning and did the quick TaeBo workout (they claim it to be 8 minutes but it’s really 15), I felt since I didn’t work out yest I should make up for it today.  My body was hurting too much yest so I made sure I took a very long hot relaxing shower and just let every muscle relax.

I just finished doing the 60 min advanced TaeBo workout.
