01/06/11 Menu & Exercise

Breakfast- 1/2 cup quaker oats oatmeal w/ 1 cup skim milk topped with strawberries, a banana, and mini choc chips

Snack- 3 tbsp planter nuts & chocolate trail mix

Lunch- Taco Salad

Snack- 1/2 peanut butter & jelly sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread

Dinner- Beef round tip steak w/ potato broccoli, cauliflower, & corn

Calories Consumed- 1,600

Exercise- 35 minutes of Biggest Loser Cardio Max workout

10 minutes of Tae Bo

Calories Burned- 1,554

Net Calories- 46

01/05/11 Menu & Exercise

Breakfast- 2 cups Total Raisin Bran w/ 1 cup skim milk

Snack- 1 orange and 3 tbsp of planters nuts & chocolate trail mix

Lunch- Taco Salad (romaine lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, ground turkey, & sour cream)

Snack- Nature Valley oats & honey granola bar

Dinner- Baked boneless skinless chicken breast, brown rice, and broccoli & cauliflower

Calories Consumed- 1,392

Exericse- 60 minutes of TaeBo

Calories Burned- 2,150

Net Calories- -758

01/04/2011 Menu & Exercise

Breakfast- 2 cups Total raisin bran cereal w/ 1 cup skim milk

Snack- 1 orange and planters nuts & chocolate trail mix

Lunch- 2 cups Total raisin bran cereal w/ 1 cup skim milk

Snack- Red delicious apple

Dinner- 2 soft shell tacos made w/ ground turkey, shredded cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, light sour cream, and taco sauce on whole wheat tortillas

Calories Consumed- 1700

Exercise- Tae Bo 60 minutes

Calories Burned- 2150

Net Calories- -450

11-20-10 Menu

Breakfast- Oatmeal w/ 1 cup skim milk, banana, almonds, & cinnamon

Snack- Yoplait frozen strawberry & banana smoothie

Lunch- Taco Salad- lean ground turkey, romaine lettuce, salsa, & sour cream

Snack- 1/2 cup black grapes, 1/2 cup green grapes

Dinner- Beef Stew- Beef stew meat, potatoes, green beans, corn, carrots, & celery in reduced sodium beef broth

Calories Consumed- 1484

11-18-10 Exercise

Okay I decided I’m officially tired of Tae Bo might do the 8 minute workouts before bed but other than that I need some variation.  So today I did Biggest Loser Cardio Max video it was hard.  I did the whole thing and I’ve never sweat so hard in my life!  I was sweating in places I didn’t know could sweat.  My body def feels like I’m working diff body parts and in diff ways so I’m happy with that.  I also plan on doing Leslie Sansone’s 2 mile walk.  What really helps me is playing the video on my computer and having my fav show on the tv so I can walk and watch tv at the same time.

Snack- Nothing (Exercised through snack time)

Lunch- 2 soft shell tacos

Dinner- Turkey burger on whole wheat hamburger bun baked potato w/ smart balance olive oil buttery spread & mixed vegetables

Calories Consumed- 1,632

11-17-10 Exercise

Zumba cardio party DVD- 40 minutes (Did the first 20 minutes twice)

TaeBo- 30 minutes

Calories Consumed- 1,706

Calories Burned- 1,777

Net Calories- -71

Dinner- 2 soft shell tacos (lean ground turkey, lettuce, cheddar cheese, green onions, corn, salsa, & sour cream on whole wheat tortilla)

Calories Consumed- 1,706

11-14-10 Exercise

30 minutes of TaeBo

40 minutes of Jillian Michael’s Banish Fat Boost Metabolism

(Hopefully) Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk

Dinner- Eye of round steak w/ asparagus & brown rice
