First weigh-in of the year and I hope the next ones improve. While my body has been fighting me to get below 380 I’m still determined. Last month I was 375 but let myself gain weight because there was always some food I supposedly couldn’t have. Last week I did good until I just had to have some ribs and I’m still fighting that water weight. I weighed myself Friday morning and the scale said 378, When I weighed Saturday morning after the ribs I was right back in the 380’s. I should punish myself, lol. All that matters is I learned from my mistake and I will stay away from those ribs or at least next time not eat so much. They tasted very good going down but my stomach hurt and I cramped up afterwards, I never want to experience that again. Well anyway my weight and measurements starting the year off.

Thighs 31- Actually up a half-inch don’t know how all I know is squats have them super sore right now
Arms 16.5- Up a half inch since the last time I measured but not concerned have been lifting weights since my last measurement
Goal for next weigh-in 5 pounds
Alright apparently I didn’t do as well as I thought Thanksgiving. When I weighed in yesterday I was 385 which I knew was water weight so I drank 10 glasses of water yesterday and today when I weighed in I was 378. So I gained 3 pounds last week. I also didn’t make it to the gym last week since I was studying for a final. This week I’ll be strict about my eating and getting to the gym. Today I wasn’t feeling too well after school so I’m going to do some cardio and make sure I work out at the gym for the rest of the week. Well except for Saturday and Sunday when my gym is closed.

I am happy that I’m losing inches from my thighs and hips since those were my hardest areas to lose from but I do want my waist to go down more it’s been the same for a few weeks. I guess I should be careful what I wish for, lol.
Idk if the site was down but I wasn’t able to get on for a couple days. This week was much better for me. I started the week off really bad eating McDonalds and Chipotle for lunch at school. But I ended really well. I weighed in at 385.2 the week before. Tuesday when I checked my weight I was 390 which irritated me so I started eating right and yesterday I made a giant pot of stew (well it’s not giant but it’s going to last awhile) so I can take it with me for lunch. Today I weighed in at 383.2 that’s 6.8 pounds and if I would’ve stayed on plan I would be weighing 378 you live and you learn and this mistake won’t happen again no matter how much my dad pisses me off. Plus I don’t have money to buy fast food everyday. I spent about the same amount of money for the ingredients for the stew as I did for that 5 piece chicken select meal at McDonalds and the chicken selects was only for one meal. I was very inspired by Biggest Loser this week Shay lost 17 pounds that’s amazing. Now my biggest loss in one week is 9.8 pounds I really want to shoot for 10 pounds next week but ideally if I only lose 5 I’ll be happy. TOM is also coming next week so my expectations of TOM cooperating with me are low. The guy that I’m talking to loves to work out and I think that is cool that we can talk about didn’t things that will help both of us. I belong to a women’s gym so we can’t go to the gym together but maybe one day I can go running with him (yea one day in the very distant future). It’s just nice to see someone that is supportive and helpful and is the exact opposite of my dad.
Weight 385.2 down 5.8 pounds from last week and down a total of 61.6 pounds
My measurements didn’t change at all which I was disappointed about since the trainer told me weight lifting would help me lose inches. It’s ok last week I only lost two pounds and lost inches so everything will work itself out in the end.

I decided that I’m going to set little challenges for myself in order to motivate me to push myself. My goal is to lose 30 pounds by January 1st, 2010. I’m hoping that joining the gym will help me to make my goal. Usually I lose 3-4 pounds a week so if I can manage to do that I’ll make my goal.
Weight- 393 (Gained 2 pounds but TOM is coming this week so not worried)

I tried my scrubs on Saturday and they did fit a little better. In a couple weeks I should be wearing them a lot better and I wont have to jump up and down and dance to get them up.
Weighed in at 391.4 on Sunday, happy because TOM finally left and took four pounds with. I didn’t do measurements but will probably do those in a couple weeks, progress with measurements seem to be slow.
So I peeked at the scale today and I was 396 so I am down 50 pounds which I’m excited about. I am confident that before I know it I’ll lose another 50 pounds and it won’t take me nearly as long to lose the first 50. I have finally found a lifestyle that I can stick to and not get bored with. I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
