Breakfast- Malt-o-meal w/ 1/2 cup skim milk tbsp smart balance 3 tsp Apriva no calorie sweetener (it has the same ingredients as splenda but for some reason tastes sweeter so I only had to use 3 tsp instead of the usual 6 with splenda yay!)
Snack- Banana and some popcorn in caramel the brand was called Smart Food it wasn’t horrible but it’s something I wont try again. I forgot my snack at home so was at the vending machine trying to find an alternative
Lunch- Homemade nachos
Snack- Apple & cheese stick
Dinner- hot wings w/ sweet potato & green beans
