Breakfast- 1 cup of rice krispies w/ skim milk & banana
Snack- Apple and cheddar cheese stick
Lunch- Spaghetti
Dinner- Homemade hot wings (chicken wings baked w/ hot sauce), 1 cup of brown rice, with frozen peas and carrots
Calories Consumed- 1,480
Calories Burned- 1,380
Net Calories- 100
apple and cheese stick is one of my favorites snacks. I like it with pears as well.

Is the 1380 your estimated BMR or did you do that much exerercise that day? I suspect you very much underestimated how many calories your burned.
I go based off of my livestrong.com account. I put in the exercises I did for the day as you’ll see under 10/27/09 Exercise it lists the exercises I did and how much livestrong.com says I burned based on my weight.
