I have to admit exercising is not really my favorite thing. But I plan to devote at least 20 minutes to getting my heart rate up and burning some calories. When winter is finally over, I will take my daughter to the park (I have only ever taken her twice) and we will get out and enjoy ourselves. Right now I’ve been doing walking workouts from Leslie Sansone but I do feel that I need to be getting more activity, but at 425 pounds there isn’t much I can do. I will commit to myself to raise my activity level the more weight I lose and the easier it gets to move. When I first started and weighed almost 450 pounds I couldn’t walk. When I went to the grocery store I had to roll around in one of those scooters. I am thankful that I now have mobility but I know I will be able to do much more. I was 350 in highschool and was on the basketball team and tennis team so I know I can still be overweight and active I just need to lose some more weight before I can really get to moving.
