My name is Whitters… I’m a 22 year old college student who is fighting the uphill battle of losing weight while also dealing with PCOS / Insulin Resistance. Unfortunately, I have another diagnosis which makes it all that much more scary: Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (fatty liver) which seems to only be getting worse with time.
Sometimes I feel like I’m racing against the clock, but getting nowhere. That some day my body is just going to say “oops, you missed your lose weight window of opportunity and now you can’t do anything”.
