I am 19, almost 20 and I am just finishing up my sophomore year in college. I am majoring in graphic design with a minor in business. I am transferring to a new school that I will be attending this fall. This is my…3rd? Or 4th attempt at losing my excess weight. I always end up getting within 15-20 of my goal… then I lose motivation and gain it all back. Not this time though! I am focusing on making small changes. Baby steps right? So far, I’ve become a vegetarian (almost a full year now), I don’t eat/drink anything with aspartame (including diet soda) and I’m in the process of cutting out pop altogether. I am focusing on long term lifestyle changes and increasing my activity in ways that I enjoy. I’d say my biggest obstacle is exercise, I am not a very active person. So here is where I will document my quest for healthy lifestyle changes, as well asĀ different life experiences.
