		<description>Haha..I had chicken stirfry with noodles last night...I added a seasoning pack..schewan or something..but it was too salty..know better for next time. 

I hear ya with the coffee..its so addictive and hard to cope without once you have it so much.

I just looked on the www.zumba.com website and there is a search button there. Just type in your city and Voila...hopefully this will help with finding a class.
