This is day 5 of my diet, and so far I have been more that able to follow my plan. This is a plan that I have come up with on my own and I have lost 11 pound from my starting weight.
- Eat no more than 1500 calories in a day
- Eat no more that 30 grams of fat
- Drink half my body weight in oz. of water ever day (weight 200lbs drink 100oz of water)
- Work out every day (gym, tredmill, workout video, etc.)
I am 6 feet tall and my starting weight was 325 and I am currently at 314. For every 25 pounds that I lose I am going to decrease my calories by 50 and my grams of fat by 1. So that when I get to my goal weight I will be right at 1200 calories a day and 23 grams of fat. at that point I will slowly increase my calorie intake to 1600-2000 depending of my workouts.
I have no exact date I want reach my goal, just by the end of the year. My gold is to lose the first 25 by the end of April.
