About Me

I’m 26 yeas old, 5′3″, married with one beautiful daughter.  I gained my weight during and after my pregnancy and stayed that way for about 4 years.  My highest noted weight was 210 but I had lost some before I even stepped on the scale to see that number so it was probably higher.

I finally decided I’d had enough hating myself, feeling like crap, having no energy, pain in my knees and feet, etc and that it was time to do something about it and here I am now.

I WILL lose this weight, I have made the choice and I am following though.
