I’m glad you’re gone. February has been one of my lowest months in loses so far and it was one of the most important because I should have reached my main goal in it. Oh well. I lost a total of 5.4 pounds and completed 1305 minutes of exercise. I caught a super nasty cold so I had to change my exercise goal from 1500 to 1300, at least I just barely made my revised goal.
I’m not at all happy about not reaching my main goal like I had hoped but there isn’t a dang thing I can do about it but keep going, so that’s what I’m going to do. My pound goal for march will be to reach 125 and lose 6.6 pounds. My exercise goal is to do 1400 minutes.
So that’s about it. Here’s to hoping March will be a better month for than February was.
