This is a self pat on the back post, due warning.
I am proud of myself for exercising this morning! I know I said I would but I’m still feeling pretty crummy and I almost talked myself into taking the rest of the week off. I’m glad I didn’t. It felt good to get a little exercise in and I know that light exercise can actually help you get better faster then just being a super bum can. I did get a little dizzy during my yoga but I think that’s because I picked a set that has a lot of standing and bending over. Tomorrow I’ll pick a set that more seated. I forgot tho, how annoying it is to exercise with a runny nose! I’m nervous about tomorrows weigh in since I took 3 days off from my exercising. I stuck to my eating limits so I should be ok but I’m afraid non the less.
Anywho, I’ll continue to monitor how I’m feeling and as long as I keep feeling better I’ll keep up the light exercise. Of course if I start to feel worse I’ll step back again, but I hope that wont happen.
