This one really bothers me. Every time I go out I see overweight children, obese children and more often than not, their overweight and obese parents.

Meh. One pound down from last week. Since I only worked out one day last week that’s not so bad. I really REALLY want to be out of the 150’s so these lower losses are hard but they are still losses and that’s what counts.
Worked out this morning. Woot. Felt good to be back. Having a not so wonderful day aside from that tho. I think TOM is looming in the very near future as I’m extra irritable and grumpy today. Also I’m having one of those I feel huge and super ugly days as well. Isn’t it fun [...]
So November is over. WOW, it went really fast! I didn’t make ANY of my goals :( I lost 7 out of my 8 pound goal and did 980min of my 1400min goal. Bummer. Oh well, I still feel pretty good about being 7 pounds lighter, especially with all that went wrong this month.
