11/19/09 Weigh in

Today’s magic number . . .

156.5

1.5 pounds from last week.  Pretty good.  I don’t have a lot of time to add very much today as I need to get ready for my trip but I wanted to at least get my number here!

Excited!  Ok, time to go!  Be good everyone!
