I’m back. I have decided the South Beach diet is the way to go. I have already lost 5 lbs. I had lost about 9 but during 4th of July weekend went off program and of course gained 4 lbs. I am restarting phase 1 for two more weeks, then I’ll move onto Phase 2.
I really believe this is the right thing for me since I am so sugar and carb sensitive. I have been able to better control my eating with the foods allowed in Phase 1.
