		<description>Well, of course you do Girlie!  Being a new parent is huge! I swear, my DD didn't sleep through the night for the first year! Ugh!  It didn't help that I breastfed and DH couldn't help!  I second libellula's suggestion about meditation, it is a very powerful tool! I also recommend stretching, deep breathing exercises, and a few minutes with an ipod and a kickass playlist! :)  I know what you are talking about with the binging, I have lived with it all my life too...I am recovering with a program I found a year ago.  Check out www.radiantrecovery.com and just see if it fits your situation.  Take care and hang in there girlie!  You are not alone!

		<description>Sounds like it might work! I'm on WW Points and it is working very well for me because I can eat whatever I want without depriving myself. I've lost 30 pounds so far. Don't forget to eat more if you exercise. There for a while I was exercising like crazy and staying within my Points and not losing any weight because I wasn't eating my activity points and I guess I was going into starvation mode. Once I started eating the activity points the weight started coming off again. Good luck!</description>

		<description>Hi there- I reckon 1600 is more like it.  I'm 'supposed' to have 1850 a day to lose based on my height, amount to lose, level of activity.  I've been trying to stick around 1500, but it's sometimes impossible for me- so I tend to hang around 1600-1700 most days.  If you underfeed the body it stores fat and you don't lose, which is REALLY depressing as you feel like you're basically starving yourself.   Anyway, why not try 1600 for a couple of weeks and see?
