		<description>Hi there- I reckon 1600 is more like it.  I'm 'supposed' to have 1850 a day to lose based on my height, amount to lose, level of activity.  I've been trying to stick around 1500, but it's sometimes impossible for me- so I tend to hang around 1600-1700 most days.  If you underfeed the body it stores fat and you don't lose, which is REALLY depressing as you feel like you're basically starving yourself.   Anyway, why not try 1600 for a couple of weeks and see?
