		<description>Hey honey - throw the crappy food out! It is hard to binge when you can't find the sweet/salty/chocloatey whatever that you crave. And here is a trick someone taught me when they were quitting smoking - cravings last no more than 3 minutes. If you can make it through that 3 minutes, it will fade on its own.</description>

I can relate to that triggering me ... or sometimes even simple things like, I am fixing something around the house and can't get the damn thing unscrewed and it ticks me off, and I go grab food.  Lol!  It sounds ridiculous as I write it, but it is true - I have done that.
