I’m 31 and live in Louisiana. I am a wife, mom, massage therapist, a non-smoker, coffee addict and I’m overweight. I didn’t realize I was packing on the pounds after quitting smoking. My bathroom mirror and scales don’t lie. They scream the horrible truth…I’m a big girl now! LOL

Well I’m here to do something about it and this blog is to get support and to help hold myself accountable! So back to calorie counting and walking with some cardio work too.
