Woohoo! 7 pounds in 7 weeks

Monica’s got it right:  the gym is the secret to a great body!  Still enjoying food, but the pounds are falling off.

5 days a week, but never twice in 1 day

I’ve made it to the gym 5 out of the past 7 days (3 1-hour and 2 2-hour sessions), but have yet to hit it twice in 1 day a la Monica.  I also am yet to be as fit as she is.  But I’ve lost 5 pounds in the past 2 weeks, so I’m hopeful!

If Monica can do it, so can I!

This female character debuts in Larsson’s third book, The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest.  She works out at the gym 5 days a week, sometimes twice a day, and has an amazing body.  The character inspired me to get back in an exercise routine.

I’m not sure what she eats, but all his characters drink a lot of coffee, I know that.

I want to re-read this book just to stay inspired to go to the gym. Lame, huh?
