Einstein’s definition of insanity

Every new year I start out hopeful and motivated to change. It’s only February, but I’m already discouraged. New year, but same old me.

Joined the gym in December when my 16 year old son joined. They offered an intro hour with a personal trainer. That was the last time I went (At least my son has been doing much better).

Albert Einstein defined Insanity as: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. It’s time for me to stop the insanity and try something different. I hope this blog will be theraputic.
