I think i put so much pressure on myself and I feel very guilty when I dont eat on plan. I think I was trying to do too much I mean as long as I get all my time in at the gym I dont have to go five times each week. Ive came up with a plan(something I should of been done) since starting the semester that I am only going to work out three times each week but Ill do longer workouts. So on Wednesday friday and saturdays Ill workout on wednesday ill get two hours in and same with saturday. Friday will be an hour and a half. I have to start eating o nplan though thats one of my problems. I cant seem to hack it. I need to pray for myself so that I can stick to eating the right things.
