Ok so this weekend went by so fast again, I didnt work out over the weekend because I spent more time with the new guy im dating and I also went to get my hair braided on saturday. I ate ok over the weekend I didnt go over board but I also didnt eat all that healthy. So Im not beating myself up over it, it was just one day. I went to the gym today and worked out for an hour on the treadmill didnt really feel up to much else but It felt good. So Im at about 236 I didnt make my 8-31 goal of 230 but Im not upset. Because my sept goal is to be at 224 and since I plan on starting the fat smash later this week I have no doubt that Ill make goal as long as I stick to my work out schedule and maintain five hours each week. School starts so its going to be a challenge. I hope I can lose 12lbs like I did before and then add in meats without frying them and so on.
