Lets go lets go! This week I am going to challenge myself I am going to try to get seven hours of cardio in. The challenging part is going to be tuesday and thursday because I am aiming to go to the gym twice on both those days. Last week was a awesome week so Im trying to stay in the game.
Monday- Step class 1hr
Tuesday- Low Impact box 1hr & step sculpt 1hr
Wednesday- body to pump 1hour
Thursday- Low impact 1hr & zumba 1hr
Saturday- Beg Cycling 30mins & jog 30mins
