yesterday was also a great day. I had blueberries and strawberrys with cottage cheese for breakfast. Then for my mid morning snack/lunch I had two rice cakes topped with peanut butter. I tried to drink a lot fo water but at work yesterday I was so busy that I didnt drink as much as I would like. Once I got home I went to the gym took a body to pump class and had dinner. I had baked bbq chicken corn and a serving of potatoe salad. For the most part I try to count calories and watch my carb intake so far I have been doing ok with it. Yesterday I had to eat decent to restore some energy lol but im pushing. Im really trying to make my mini goal of 215-220 buy 10/30 which is my 30th birthday. Sooooo wish me luck. I really want to be at goal by next summer and I know that if I stick with going to the gym it will work. Im a little worried because come sept Ill be starting school again along with working plus being a mom and thats a lot. Ill try my best to get my workouts in. The part that makes it possible is that I only work part time so between the gym at school and my membership I think I could manage. I wanted to go to the gym this morning but I think I am going to go tonight once I get off work…….
