Today at the gym I did: 20 mins rowing, 30 mins on the treadmill and 35 mins on the stationary bike

Thanks for your comments on my last post, next time I get the urge to snack so late at night I will try to remember just how lousy I felt during the night with stomach pains and heartburn……hopefully in future ill stick to cereal as my after dinner snack :)
