Yay despite my migrane from lack of sleep and general body aches I managed to get to the gym!

I did: 20 mins rowing, 30 mins treadmill and 30 mins on the stationary bike

slightly better than yesterday so im pleased but im not pleased with what I ate last night! I had a healthy dinner at around 5-6pm and by 11 I was STARVING instead of having a bowl of cereal I made PASTA! With cheese and sauce, it was a BIG portion, a dinner size one not a snack and OMG I woke during the night with the most terrible stomach pains and heartburn :( NEVER AGAIN! I dont know what I was thinking I guess the problem is when im that hungry I dont really think I just EAT- I need to get out of this habbit ASAP or ill never loose the weight ive gained :( And my weight BTW is much worse than is on my profile…..Ive gained ALOT since I updated that (think when I joined here I only had 6 pounds to loose…) now its at least a stone and a half……..EEEEK But I try not to dwell on the amount rather I like to concentrate on how I feel about myself *sighs* If I knew my actual weight at this point I may go off the rails…………….

    Mac ‘n cheese is a WEAKNESS for me. I love the stuff, and could eat a ton of it if I let myself…

    …my husband found me those single serve Velveeta Shells and Cheese cups and they’re YUMMY, and if you get the 2% kind, it’s only 180 calories for the container. That’s okay! I think the regular ones are like 220 calories, so still not bad.

    I know how you feel with the feeling starving. and it’s horrible to know you did sooooo good that day and than all ruined in one last temptation.. but your doing great and especially by recognizing those parts.. and then tomorrow is a fresh start.. good job and keep it up!

    I used to have that problem. I get famished late at night. I have given up all food and drink other than water starting 3 hours before bed and it actually seems to help. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night feeling terrible and I am much more alert in the morning. If I do get the urge to chow down before bed, I go outside for a walk and fresh air or put in my Billy’s Boot Camp and let him kick my butt until I am no longer hungry! It works for me, so I thought i’d make the suggestion.
