Tuesday

Did not feel like going to the gym at all today (in fact I could barely drag myself out of bed :/)

So I went for a long hour and a half walk instead *sighs* as always I *DO* feel guilty for not going to the gym

Im really hoping 2010 will be a better year for me as id say 2009 was one of, if not the most horrible year…
