Despite having the sleeping tablets I had another rough night and didnt sleep till the morning and didnt get out of bed till mid afternoon *sighs* I feel pretty miserable lately :/ Hopefully ill be back to the gym and feeling a bit better by the end of the week.

Its so cold and rainy here its hard to find the motivation to go out! Well thats my excuse and im sticking to it!
