Today at the gym I did: 45 mins rowing, 50 reps on the vertical rower at 15kg, 20 mins on the treadmill and 50 mins on the stationary bike- yay a good workout
Im now about to eat some food doctor high protein pitta breads with eggs- YUM ![]()
