As predicted (by me) I didnt get to the gym today *sighs* I wasnt in the mood and I dont do forcing myself :/

I still feel really lowsy, just really low and miserable, cant be bothered with anything.

I did get out to get some bits from the supermarket, I walked there and back which is like 30-40 mins walking in total so today wasnt a complete write off. I struggle to stay positive sometimes………hopefully tommorow will be a better day…
