Yay another long workout: 35 mins rowing, 70 reps on the vertical rower @ 15kg, 35 mins on the treadmill and 45 mins on the stationary bike :) I burned 1000 calories, now im gonna eat my breakfast/lunch of rolls in egg and I treated myself to a bar of galaxy chocolate :)
