Its such a lovely sunny day today 
I went to the gym for a lil while and I did:
20 mins on the treadmill
35 mins on the treadmill
15 mins on the exercise bike
The Girls Aloud concert last night was really good, so much fun! Nicola, Kimberley and Nadine waved at us *starstruck* 
We were in the very front row
I must go and get some sunshine today….. after applying my factor 50 sunscreen that is
