I finally got to sleep at about half one today woke up at half three feeling like absolute crap

I should never take during the day naps I always feel so rough after but I was SO tired

I managed to drag my ass to the gym and I did:

15 mins on the rowing machine

30 mins on the treadmill and

45 mins spin class which was so hard after not being at one for weeks *le sigh* It better get easier!

Im SO exhausted yet I know cos of my nap ill never sleep tonight, argh back at work tommorow but only for two days, im using up all of my holidays in the hope some time off is all I need to be able to get back to being like my old self ie not being SO exhausted/drained all the time!
