*sighs*

First bad spin experience! The instructor tonight was just bleh, she had an annoying voice and the class didnt go at any sensible pace, it just seemed pointless so I left!!! I left half way thru :P

Today I did:

20 mins rowing

20 mins treadmill

and 30 mins of the spin class (actually 35)
