sooo soo so tired!

Did 20 mins on the rowing machine, 25 mins on the treadmill & 20 mins on the exercise bike
I thought id been doing really well till I did what I promised myself I wouldnt do, I weighed myself!
ARGH im so much heavier than I thought/feel, I really feel sad ive not lost any weight and am the same weight I was back when I was eating really badly and not going to the gym
I do feel better thou so im just gonna try and forget it and keep going im sure ill see a loss in maybe another 2 weeks time, I better *waves fist** !!!

Give yourself some time, especially working out as much as you are. You are doing this! Remind yourself you are in it for the long haul. WTG! Delita

Scales are evil. Keep doing the right things and try not to get distracted by the numbers.
